Westchester, NY - Under the leadership of Artistic Director Cady McClain, Ossining resident Nathan Flower is joining the company as Associate Artistic Director.

When asked to comment on the company’s announcement, Flower offered,  “I have an instinctive knack for supporting theater makers in leadership; being able to help them realize their vision. Cady is energizing the company in an innovative way - she sees the huge legacy and history of the company, the talent of its membership - everyone who has invested in it for decades - and has a great instinct for how to build on that legacy.  I think Axial is primed for growth - the company has the artistic integrity, company membership and imaginative drive to start punching above its weight in Westchester. I’m delighted to be joining as its new Associate Director.”

Said McClain of her new Associate, “I am thrilled to have Nate join our team.  He is a consummate professional who brings years of experience and artistry with him. He is well known and respected for his directing work in the Westchester theater community and beyond. I am looking forward to collaborating with him on the exciting projects planned for this season and for years to come.”
