Technical Team

DIANA DÁVILA (Technical Director) is happy to work on her third production with the Axial Theatre. Diana works as a freelance carpenter and rigger in New York City while not working in Pleasantville, and recently finished a contract with the Colorado Shakespeare Festival as their Assistant Technical Director.  She has worked as a Technical Director in Sacramento and Texas, in addition to Colorado, and graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre Tech/Design almost two years ago. She hopes to one day return to school to study for her Master's in Technical Directing, and continue to explore the United States while getting to work on amazing works of theatre. She thanks everyone who was a part of this wonderful production, and hopes you enjoy the show!

MARY CATE MANGUM (Production Manager) is pleased to be joining Axial Theatre once again for Nectar -- she was production manager for Axial’s last two productions, Twisted Valentines, and Glass Ceiling Breakers. She is additionally an AEA Stage Manager.  Her most recent productions include: Romance of the Western Chamber (Wildly Productive Productions), Sweet Bird of Youth (The Gallery Players), L.O.V.E.R (The Schoolhouse Theater), and Nuncrackers (Interlakes Theatre). Other work includes: Production Assistant for three seasons of NY Fashion Week (IMCD Lighting), Company Management (Brevard Music Center) and stage managing the 2015 Summer Concert Series. Most notably: A Prairie Home Companion, The Steep Canyon Rangers, and Keith Lockhart Conducts Mahler 1.

CAT HICKERSON (Stage Manager) is so grateful to be stage managing Nectar with Axial Theatre. She is a recent graduate of Point Park University where she earned her B.F.A in theatre production. Her most recent work was down in North Carolina at Brevard Music Center as the Stage Manager of Orchestra. Many thanks to her mom for being so supportive.

SABRINA FUCHS (Assistant Stage Manager) is thrilled to be working again with Axial! She was the stage manager for Axial’s spring 2017 production of Glass Ceiling Breakers.  She is graduated from Muhlenberg College in 2016 with her degree in theatre, primarily an acting concentration. Currently, she is working on pursuing her acting career in and around NYC and hopes to continue being involved with theater in any way that she can! Theater is saving the world, truly. Thanks to her support system for always believing in her to do and to play. Congrats to the cast and everyone involved in this amazing production! Break legs!
