2003-2004 Season
Spring Production, 2004
Billy Bubblehead
by Tony Howarth
Billy is impulsive and explosive, and in the wake of a family
tragedy he uses
his rich imagination against what he sees as a perverse and pointless world
and a father who won’t make the effort to understand him - until the arrival
of
Cassie. Her secret past gives him peace and perspective but brings him to new
and disturbing conclusion about what must be done about the conflict with his
father. WiRth much humor and a deep heart, the play wrestles with the age old
question of parent/child disconnection.
June 4 - June 20 at the Quaker Meeting House in Amawalk (Yorktown), NY
